Peptide Solutions Corporation is a marketing, branding, business advisory, and staffing support agency. We provide services including, but not limited to, growth marketing, marketing funnels, search engine optimization (SEO), paid media management, Google Business Profile optimization, branding and design, website design and development, business and launch advisory support, and virtual assistant staffing support (collectively, the "Services"). Our clients operate primarily in the peptide supply, wellness, longevity, telehealth, and healthcare industries.
Peptide Solutions Corporation does not manufacture, supply, distribute, sell, handle, ship, or fulfill any physical product, including peptides or related goods, on behalf of any Client or any third party.
Certain Services offered by Peptide Solutions Corporation, including but not limited to supply chain strategy consulting, dropshipping and fulfillment strategy, labeling and print strategy guidance, protocols and documentation frameworks, prototype and product concept guidance, and turnkey launch planning (collectively, "Advisory Services"), are strategic and advisory in nature only.
Advisory Services do not involve Peptide Solutions Corporation taking possession, custody, or control of any product, and do not constitute the manufacture, distribution, sale, or fulfillment of any product. Client remains solely responsible for the implementation, execution, and outcome of any guidance provided through Advisory Services, including all decisions relating to vendors, suppliers, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Peptide Solutions Corporation provides staffing support services by helping Client source and structure virtual assistants ("VAs") across categories including clinical support, scientific and research support, sales, marketing, operations, compliance, customer support, and executive support (collectively, "Staffing Services").

In performing the Services, Peptide Solutions Corporation develops marketing materials, advertising copy, website content, and related assets with the intent of avoiding therapeutic, diagnostic, or human-use claims, and with awareness of current research-use and industry labeling conventions as we understand them at the time work is performed.

Peptide Solutions Corporation strongly recommends that all Clients maintain independent legal and regulatory counsel, particularly with respect to FDA regulations applicable to Client's specific products and the states in which Client operates.

Fees for Services are scoped and quoted individually based on Client's selected package or custom engagement. Payment terms, including any deposit, recurring billing, or milestone-based payment schedule, will be set forth in a separate proposal, invoice, or engagement agreement between Peptide Solutions Corporation and Client. Late payments may result in suspension of Services until outstanding amounts are paid in full.
Upon full payment for the applicable Services, Client will own the final marketing deliverables created specifically for Client under the engagement (such as final ad creative, final website copy, and final brand assets), excluding any pre-existing tools, templates, methodologies, or proprietary systems owned by Peptide Solutions Corporation, which remain the property of Peptide Solutions Corporation. Peptide Solutions Corporation retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as Client uses the Site or engages the Services. Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the applicable engagement agreement. Peptide Solutions Corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, Client remains responsible for payment of all fees incurred prior to the termination date. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, shall survive.
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Solutions Corporation, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) Client's products, services, or business practices; (b) Client's engagement, supervision, or use of any VA or individual sourced through the Staffing Services; (c) Client's breach of these Terms; or (d) any regulatory action, claim, or penalty arising from Client's marketing content, products, claims, or staffing arrangements, except to the extent directly caused by Peptide Solutions Corporation's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or business information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services, and to use such information solely for purposes of performing under these Terms, except as required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.
Peptide Solutions Corporation may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Site or the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
